BBQ Turkey Sandwiches Jan Peterson
2 lb. Cooked turkey shredded
1 onion
2 cup ketchup
2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
2 Tbsp. Vinegar
2 tsp. Prepared mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Salt
Fry onion until clear. Mix all the other ingredients in a bowl until smooth and then add to the onion in the pan. Simmer about 20 minutes. Add turkey and heat through.
