Beef Roast - Never Fails Sue Jahns
3# Rump Roast or any kind (Beef Round or Chuck Pot Roast)
2 cans Golden Mushroom Soup
1 pkg. Dry Onion Soup
2 Beef Bouillon cubes
2 medium onions
garlic clove
3 cups of water (or potato water)
Bake 3 1/2 hours at 350. Use potato buds to thicken if necessary (about 1 cup). Potato buds work with any kind of gravy.
