Cheese Tarts
Cheese Tarts Karen Breiwick
4 eggs (beat until foamy)
Add
1 cup sugar, gradually 3 – 8 oz pkg. softened cream cheese
2 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. almond flavoring
Fill 2/3 full in muffin times.
Bake at 300 degrees for 25 minutes
Mix
1 cup sour cream ½ cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla (Maraschino cherries for top)
Put this mixture on top of each cake. Top with a cherry and bake for 5 minutes more
