Egg Rolls Jeri Scott
1/2 lb. shredded pork
1/2 lb. bean sprouts
3 Tablespoons oil
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1 small can mushrooms chopped
1 Tablespoon white wine
1/2 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons salt
1 Tablespoon cornstarch dissolved in 2 Tablespoons warm water
6 oz. water chestnuts
egg rolls wrappers (May be purchased at Randall's)
Mix ingredients and place one spoonful on corner of wrapper. Roll and fry in very hot oil.
