4# ribs - cover with water and 2 tsp. salt.
Simmer 25 minutes.
Remove and place in roaster.
Sauce
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic chopped
1 cup honey
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Bake 2 hours covered - 15 minutes uncovered.
