Chop Suey Casserole Peggy Peterson

1 1/2 # hamburger

1 C. chopped celery

1 C. chopped onion

Brown and drain. Dump into a greased 9x13 pan

Stir in:

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can cream of chicken soup

4 TB soy sauce

1 can drained mushrooms

1 can drained Chop Suey Vegetables

1 cup uncooked rice (add last)

1 C. water

Cover w/foil and bake 1 hr at 350 degrees. Uncover and sprinkle with chow mein noodles.

Bake another 20-30 minutes.

P.S. I added fresh mushroom slices with the hamburger and frozen peas in the last 20 minutes with the chow mein noodles. Jan
