Perky Tuna Salad Shelly Sauvola

1 – 6 1/8 oz. can chunk tuna in water, drained and flaked

2 hard cooked eggs, chopped

1 celery rib, chopped

1 small onion chopped

1 small carrot, shredded

8 medium ripe olives, chopped

3 Tbsp. mayo

½ tsp. salt

¼ tsp. pepper

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients.&nbs= p; Spread on bread or crackers. Yield: 2 cups
