Gazpacho

Gazpacho Mary Zauner

1 large can canned tomatoes (28 ox.) cup up

1 - 12 oz. can tomato juice (Campbell's)

3/4 to 1 green pepper chopped

1 onion chopped fine

1 clove garlic crushed

1 stalk celery chopped

3 Tbsp. corn oil

2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Salt & Pepper

Tabasco sauce - dash 2 - 3 drops

Worcestershire - 1 dash

Fresh mint - chopped fine (optional)

Serve with croutons on top or chopped green onions - or tortilla/pita wedges/breadsticks.
