Fluffy White Frosting Grandma Lorenzen (Lil)
3 ¾ Tbsp. flour
¾ cup milk
Cook, stirring constantly until thick so there are no lumps. Cool
¾ cup shortening
Dash of salt
¾ cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Cream with beater and add above mixture. Mix until light and creamy and of spreading consistency.
This is an old recipe of Grandma’s that I found on a card. We made it as kids and it is delicious.
