Jans Macaroni and Cheese
2 cups macaroni
1 cup milk approximately
2 or 3 Tbsp. Flour
1 Jar Cheese Whiz or Small pkg. Velveeta
1 tsp. Yellow mustard
cup sour cream
Salt and Pepper
Grated Cheddar Cheese
Boil macaroni in salt water (if youre going to bake it) dont boil until soft. If youre going to use it unbaked, boil until tender). Drain macaroni and put back in kettle with approximately 1 cup milk. Add flour and stir; add cheese Wiz, Velveeta or some of each. Add yellow mustard, salt and pepper and sour cream. Cook until boils. If too thin, add more flour. If too thick, add more milk. When ready to eat, put Grated Cheddar Cheese on top until melted. Doesnt hurt if it gets stirred in when reheating.
