Bok Choy (and/or) Nappa Salad Mary Ann Sustachek
3 green onions thinly sliced
1 lge. Nappa or Bok Choy -little of each adds color
Crunchies
1 cup butter (do not use lite)
2 Tbsp. sugar
3 oz. pkg. sliced almonds
1 cup sesame seeds
2 3 oz. pkg. Ramen Needles (broken into pieces) Do not use seasoning packet
Saute Crunchies in large pan until golden brown. Let cool
Dressing
1 cup oil
1 cup red wine vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Mix or shake until well mixed
Chop Nappa and or Bok Choy and put into bowl
Just before serving toss in onions and crunchies.
Add dressing and toss.
