Choco-Coconut Brownie Bars Jan Peterson

2 – 18 oz. tubes chocolate chip cookie dough

2 eggs

1 – 19 ½ box brownie mix

¼ cup water

1/3 cup vegetable oil

¾ cup walnuts, chopped

1 cup sweetened flake coconut

Heat oven to 350°. Coat 15 x 10 x 1 inch (Size very important) Jelly Roll baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Press cookie dough evenly into bottom of pan. Stir eggs, brownie mix, ¼ cup water and 1/3 cup vegetable oil together until well blended. Spoon brownie batter over cookie dough. Sprinkle walnuts and coconut over top of brownie batter. Bake at 350° for 55 minutes. Cool completely. Cut into 36 individual bars.
