Chili

Chili Peggy Peterson

1 lb. Hamburger

5 or 6 shakes salt & pepper

3/4 cup chopped celery (approx)

3/4 cup chopped onion (approx)

1 medium size can kidney beans

1 small can tomato paste

2 or 3 - 4 oz. cans tomato sauce (with onions if desired)

1 cup of water (if desired)

chili powder to taste

Brown meat with salt, pepper, celery and onion. Add rest of ingredients. Stir well. Simmer very low for 1 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
