Almond Blossom Cookies Karen Breiwick
Cream:
1/2 cup almond butter 1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar
Add:
1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla
Blend in dry ingredients.
1 3/4 cup flour 1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Shape dough into balls using rounded teaspoons. Roll balls in sugar and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Top each cookie with a chocolate almond kiss, pressing firmly so cookie cracks. Bake 2 to 5 min. longer until brown.
