Saucy Cocktail Meatballs Jan Peterson
1 # ground beef
3 Tablespoons bread crumbs
2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
Mix and shape into meat balls. Brown. Remove from grease.
1/3 cup chopped green pepper
1/3 cup chopped onion
2 Tablespoons butter
Cook onion and pepper in butter until tender.
Stir in
1 can tomato soup
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 T. prepared mustard
1 Tablespoon vinegar
Pour over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot. This recipe is the one I have been asked for the most.
