Bandito Chicken Wings Becky Grasso
12 chicken wings (cut in half)
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 cup flour
Sauce (for Bandito Chicken Wings
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/4 cup French salad dressing
1/4 cup hot sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce (optional)
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. sugar
Sprinkle wings with salt and pepper. In skillet over medium heat, combine 2 Tbsp. butter and oil. Fry chicken until brown about 6 to 8 min. on each side. Combine French dressing, Worcestershire, hot pepper sauce, hot sauce, lemon juice, sugar, pepper and remaining butter. Cook and stir over medium heat until butter is melted and sauce is blended. Pour over hot chicken wings.
Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
