Candied Sweet Potatoes
2 lb, sweet potatoes
½ cup brown sugar
3 Tbsp. Butter
3 Tbsp, water
1/2 tsp salt
Prepare and cook sweet potatoes.
Peel the potatoes and slice into 1/2 inch slices. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add potatoes and boil until slightly underdone, about 15 minutes.
Mix other ingredients over heat until smooth and bubbly. Add potatoes. Bake potatoes in sauce approximately 30 minutes.
