Lazy Daisy Cake Grandma Petersen (Lil)

4 eggs

2 cups sugar

2 cups flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

salt vanilla

2 Tablespoons butter melted in 1 cup of hot milk

Separate eggs and beat whites, then add yolks and beat well, add sugar and vanilla and beat. Add sifted flour, baking powder and salt, last stir in hot milk and bake in 9 x 13 greased tin. Bake at 350 degrees until toothpick comes out clean.

Frosting

1 stick margerine

2 cups brown sugar

4 Tablespoons milk

1 cup coconut

Cook mixture until it comes to a boil. While cake is still hot, spread with frosting and put under broiler until frosting bubbles.
