Taco Dip #2 Jan Peterson
12 oz. cream cheese
2 cup sour cream
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/8 tsp. red pepper
2 cup salsa
Combine first 5 ingredients and stir in salsa until blended. Spread dip on greens line 10" serving platter. Top with
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese 2 cup diced plum tomatoes
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese 1/4 cup sliced pitted ripe olives
1/4 cup sliced pimento stuffed green olives 1/3 cup sliced green onions
Serve with tortilla chips.
