AUTHORS

Subject and method

The collection welcomes submissions of the highest quality that report theoretical and empirical linguistic research, that describe main trends and innovative processes in Ukrainian, English and other languages. No other restrictions are placed on the subject or method of contributions submitted. All submissions must be previously unpublished.

Requirements

In accordance with the Resolution of the Presidium of HAC of Ukraine from 01.15.2003 No 7-05/1 “On increase of requirements to special editions introduced to lists by HAC of Ukraine” (Bulletin by HAC of Ukraine. – 2003. – No 1) ascientific paper is supposed to include the following issues:

1) setting of problem on the whole and its connection with important scientific or practical goals;

2) analysis of recent studies and publications in this field that serve as a basis for an author`s research;

3) emphasizing the parts of the main problem considered in the submitted paper that have not been dealt with before;

4) formulation of the purpose of the paper (setting of a task);

5) presentation of research with complete validation of obtained results;

6) conclusions and prospects of future search.

Articles which do not meet the requirements by SAC of Ukraine and by International Scientometric Databases (ISD) should not been accepted.

Generalia

Contributions are dounle blind peer-reviewed (neither the authors nor the reviewers do not know each other) by the experts in the field from Editorial Council or Editorial Board. The article may be sent back to the author for further revision or rejected.

Editorial Board reserves the right to reject articles that do not meet international standarts to publications in scientific periodicals registered with ISD.

Re-publishing

If you wish to reuse / to re-publish your own submission (or an amended version of it) in a new publication (collection, journal, etc.) of which you are the author, editor or co-editor, prior permission is not required. However, in this case, reference to "Linguistic Studies" is required.

CITATION

When using the materials of the Collection the reference to "Linguistic Studies" is obligatory. You can found example for citation in Additional Information (Citation) for each article.

PHOTOCOPYING

The Authors and teaching institutions with current paid subscription to the Collection may make multiple copies for teaching purpose without charge, provided such copies are not resold or copied. In all other cases, permission should be obtained from reproduction rights organization (Contact Us).
