A Wizard's Tiny Hut spell creates an immobile, opaque bubble around the caster's location that protects the area from the elements.
The caster casts the spell and is surrounded by an immobile, opaque bubble. If standing on the ground the "bubble" appears as a hemisphere.
The bubble is opaque (greenish-gray) when viewed from the outside, but those within can see out.
Thus, the bubble breaks line of sight for those outside the bubble against the area within it. However, the bubble does not break line of effect for either direction.
The bubble provides total concealment for those within, but no cover. It will not prevent creatures from entering it.
The area inside the bubble is protected from normal elements, wind, rain, snow, etc. The temperature within is kept at 70 degrees in areas of non-extremes. The bubble blocks the effects of damaging sunlight (snow blindness, sunburn, etc.).
The bubble can be commanded to glow, providing light as a lantern (the caster can choose to illuminate only the inside or both the inside and outside). A darkness effect cannot block light within it unless the darkness effect is brought "inside" (the bubble's barrier will block darkness effects). Of course, those within may not be able to see out if covered by a darkness effect.
Up to 6 man-sized creatures can rest comfortably within the bubble.
Limitations
Extreme weather will pierce the bubble: Winds in excess of 50 mph will dispel the bubble. Cold below 0° lowers inside temperature on a 1 for 1 basis, heat above 110° raises the inside temperature likewise.
