The target becomes held if it misses it's saving throw.

• The caster can select each target by sight.

• A single target chosen suffers a -4 penalty to the save. Two targets chosen will both suffer a -2 penalty to the save. Three targets chosen will suffer a -1 penalty to the save. More than three targets chosen grant no modifiers.

Weight Limit

• If the targets are mammals, the weight limit per animal is 400-lbs. per caster level.

• If the targets are not mammals, the weight limit per animal is 100-lbs. per caster level.

Limitations

• The spell only affects creatures with the creature type or sub-type, animal.
