Save Wisdom vs Spell (save negates)
This spell will cause creatures in the area of effect to believe they are paralyzed.
Creatures in the area of effect are targeted by the spell randomly - in a random order.
Based on the order, each target must make a Wisdom save vs Spell or be paralyzed (treat as held) until the caster cancels the effect or the magic is dispelled (save negates).
For each creature that misses the saving throw, their hit dice will be added to a hit dice total. The spell can only affect double the caster level in terms of hit dice.
Any creature that causes the spell to go over the hit die limit will be unaffected (no matter the save result) and will be skipped until the hit die limit is reached or there are no other possible targets.
Hit dice for creatures with the Enhanced trait use their hit dice used for saving throws.
