This spell creates a strong blast of air originating from the caster and emanating outward in one direction.
The caster casts the spell and designates the area of effect (direction).
The blast of air will cause the following effects:
Any small open flames (e.g. torches) in the area will be extinguished.
Protected flames (e.g. lanterns) have a chance equal to 5% per caster level of being extinguished.
Large fires will blast an area in the direction of the wind with flames (possibly causing damage to creatures in 10-ft. per the GM).
Unattached, light objects (per the GM) will be blown over.
The air blast can affect magical clouds, fogs, etc. See descriptions for these spells.
Small creatures in flight will be blown back 1d6 x10 feet.
Man-sized creatures in flight will be held motionless if flying against the wind.
Large creatures in flight will be slowed by 50% for the round if flying against the wind.
