This spell allows the spell caster to hold a whispered conversation with one willing creature.

• Upon casting, the recipient cannot be changed.

• When cast the recipient must be within line of effect and line of sight.

• The spell fails (ends) if the recipient moves beyond the range of the spell.

• The communication will operate around and through barriers (even if air tight).

• If beyond hearing range of the whispering speaker, only the listener can hear the conversation.

• The spell grants no special ability to understand languages not already possessed by either party.

• A silence spell or effect around either the recipient or caster will render the spell ineffective (no communication possible either way).

Material Components. A short piece of copper drawn fine wire. The component is consumed when the spell is cast. Cost/Scarcity. 1 s.p./Rare.
