This spell will remove conditions affecting sight if the recipient's ocular organs are intact.
The caster casts the spell and touches the recipient.
The spell will restore sight to a creature that is blinded or partially blinded due to effects affecting the creature's ocular organs.
This includes magical forms of blindness, ocular damage, eye diseases, nearsightedness, farsightedness, astigmatisms, etc.
Organ damage is also cured (this does not include hit points lost), although the spell cannot regenerate an organ that is completely destroyed/gone.

Save vs. Spell (save negates)
This spell will render the target's ocular organs inoperable.
The caster casts the spell and touches the target using a contact attack.
If successful, the target must make a save vs. Spell or become permanently blinded (save negates).
The effect can be cured by being dispelled, cured (via cure blindness) or the application of a heal spell.
Limitations
This spell cannot affect creatures that are not living.
This spell cannot affect creatures that cannot be hit by normal weapons.
This spell will not affect non-corporeal creatures.
