This spell causes all in the area of effect to be forced away from the caster.
All creatures in teh area of effect when the spell is cast will be forced away from the caster traveling in the opposite direction.
Creatures will travel at their normal movement speed and will move around any passable barriers, including portals they can operate/open. This movement (and the bypass of any barrier) is considered a special major action that will consume the entire round. Movement begins when affected (ie. 4 segments of movement during the round the spell was cast; even if a major was already taken and then a full round of movement the next and any subsequent rounds).
If the creature comes to an impassable barrier (such as a wall or locked portal), it will be stuck there until the spell ends. The creature cannot move from that position (and is considered restrained and if attacked in melee, entangled versus opponents in melee with it) but can otherwise act normally.
Creatures that cannot move are forced back (falling prone) at a rate of 30-ft. per round, scraping along the ground. Creatures tied or manacled to an immovable terrain feature will be restrained as noted above.
Otherwise, a creature that exits the area of effect (due to distance), will end the effect for that individual - but only after full movement for that round is complete. eg. A creature that has a speed of 120-ft per round is in the area of effect 30-ft away from the caster who is 12th level. Assuming no impassable barriers are struck, the spell ends when the creature is 150-ft from the caster (30-ft plus a round of full movement which is 120-ft).
Creatures moving past hostile opponents draw free attacks as normal for such movement.
Material Components. A pair of small magnetized iron bars attached to two small canine statuettes, one ivory and one ebony. The components are consumed in the casting of the spell. Cost/Scarcity. 200 g.p./Unique (construction time is 6 + 1d8 days by a skilled artisan).
