The spell caster can restore petrified creatures to life or turn stone into a fleshy substance.
If targeting petrified creatures, all creatures in the area of effect, as selected by the caster, will be restored to their former state as they were when petrified. This process requires a system save by those affected. Creature size does not matter as long as the creature is in the area of effect.
If cast on a stone object, structure, or terrain feature, the stone affected transforms into a fleshy substance. Lacking structure, the "flesh" peels away from the surrounding stone and collapses, quivering, upon itself in a pile. The stuff is gelatinous and may be eaten to provide sustenance (although the mouthfeel is disgusting to many).
Material Components. A pinch of dirt or clay and drop of blood. Cost/Scarcity. Free/Common.
