The caster can cause an object or a creature to move using mental concentration.
Movement each round can be vertical or horizontal as determined by the spell caster on their turn.
The target can be moved 2-ft. per segment on the first round of movement and this is doubled each round thereafter so long as the direction remains the same. ie. 2-ft., 4-ft. (40-ft/round), 8-ft. (80-ft. per round), etc.
Any change in direction drops the movement rate to 2-ft per segment again (20-ft. per full round of concentration).
When moving an unwilling creature standing on the ground, unless the creature is first moved straight up, the creature can resist the movement ("dragging its feet") which will slow the movement by half (this does not require an action). Otherwise, the target can use a major action to move in the opposite direction. This activity will subtract the movement rate of the creature from the rate of telekinesis movement (negative numbers mean the creature can move up to that amount and positive numbers mean the caster can move the target up to that amount).
If the object or creature is moved beyond the range of the spell (that is, 10-ft. per caster level from the concentrating spell caster), the spell ends.
Creatures can be dropped and will take normal falling damage. Dropping a creature ends the spell/effect.
Any creature that is adjacent to an object that can be grabbed, can roll a Dexterity save vs. Petrify or grab the object this will halt movement during the round the spell was cast. Beginning on round 2, using a declared major action, a creature can then "add" weight equal to their maximum weight allowance (Strength Table V.; Overloaded). If the spell can exert a force to move the total weight of the creature plus this amount, the targeted creature will be pulled from the anchor. Similarly, unanchored objects will be lifted with the attached creature or the creature will be separated depending on the objects weight and the creature's Strength.
During the round the spell is cast, creatures within 10-ft. of the target may attempt to grab the target creature or object if they have a limb free to grab the target. This requires a successful attack roll against an AC 10 for creatures or objects over 3-ft. or an AC 5 for creatures or objects under that size. If the target creature or object is less weight than the grabbing creature's Overloaded maximum weight limit, the grabbing creature can stop the target's movement. If the target is over this amount and if the spell can move the total weight of the target and the grabbing individual, then both will be moved unless the grabbing creature lets go.
If multiple creatures grab the target or a combination of the target grabbing an anchor and an ally grabbing them, simply add the weight (from Strength Table V as per above) to determine effects (all involved use major actions to keep the target from moving).
Limitations.
Any change in direction drops the speed back to 2-ft. per segment.
If concentration is ended, the spell ends.
The (theoretical) maximum speed is 10,240-ft. per round (1,024-ft. per segment).
