The recipient can see things as the truly are.
The caster casts the spell and must touch the eyes of the recipient. If the recipient is wearing a great helm or facial covering, it must be removed.
The recipient can see through darkness, all magical effects, and note concealed things within 120-ft. in their line of sight. This includes:
The recipient can see clearly through normal or magical darkness. This is not infravision and such sight includes color (as if seen with a colorless light). The recipient cannot be blinded by light effects.
The recipient can see invisible creatures or objects as if they were not invisible.
The recipient can see through all phantasms, seemings, spectral and hallucinatory illusions (which appear translucent). Illusions of sonic effects are not affected.
The actual position of creatures operating under the effect of light displacement can be seen (e.g. cloak of displacement).
The recipient can see the original form of creatures or objects that have been polymorphed.
Camouflaged or hiding creatures can be seen plainly if within line of sight.
Concealed or secret portals, doors, drawers, openings, latches, etc. can be noted. In the case of doors, hidden plates in the floor, or covered pits, these are seen within line of sight. Smaller objects (desks, chests, etc.) must be examined closely. Findings may indicate the a presence of a trap, although its method of operation won't be known. Likewise, how a mechanism operates won't be clear: how a door or hidden drawer opens, although any latches or buttons will be seen.
Creatures that have magic resistance cannot resist the true seeing effect.
The spell grants the recipient the power to detect magical or strong alignment auras as well as extra-planar detection:
All objects, creatures, or areas containing magical auras will be noted, emitting a slight blue glow to the recipient's sight (there is no variation in appearance due to strength or magic type). This effect is immediately obvious and no concentration is necessary.
All objects, creatures, or areas that possess an aura of Evil or Good will be noted (see the detect evil or detect good spell), emitting a red (Evil) or yellow (Good) glow to the recipient's sight (there is no variation in appearance due to strength). This effect is immediately obvious and no concentration is necessary.
Creature in the area of effect on the ethereal plane can be seen (as if translucent) if not hidden by a physical obstruction and creatures observing the location on the Prime (or current plane of the recipient; within the area of effect) from the astral plane can be seen (as if looking through a "window" or opening).
Illusionists commonly call this spell, true sight. There is no reverse to the illusionist spell.

The target appears as opposite in facade.
The caster casts the spell and must touch the target (using a contact attack if the target is unwilling). The effect is as follows:
All outward appearances of objects or creatures will appear opposite of what they are. Individual features are retained (creatures/individuals and objects are recognizable) but things clean appear dirty, those that are beautiful appear ugly or flawed, noble dress appears as a pauper, etc. If the target is a creature, all objects they carry (including those picked up during the spell) are affected by the spell.
Thus, a glowing magical sword will appear to be an old, broken rusty blade. A king in full regalia will appear to be a pauper in grimy cloth. A beautiful gem will appear to be a river stone.
Unless the target of the spell, creatures that have magic resistance cannot resist the false seeing effect.
