Save vs. Spell (save negates)
This spell causes enemy creatures to ignore the presence of the recipient.
All creatures that would otherwise detect or interact with the recipient must make a save vs. Spell or totally ignore the recipient for the duration of the spell (save negates).
This means that the affected creatures do not acknowledge the recipient's presence and, if not previously interacting with the recipient, they will not know the recipient was even there. Any light, scent, vibrations, or noise emanating from the recipient will be likewise ignored.
A creature making it's saving throw can interact with (attack or whatever) the recipient normally, and can alert others to a presence, but those failing a saving throw cannot target the recipient in any way. Area of effect attacks can be used normally.
Limitations
Similar to an invisibility spell, any attack action against another creature by the recipient will immediately end the effect for all creatures.
Otherwise, the caster can act normally—moving, casting defensive, healing or detection spells, using items of that sort, etc.
Those affected will detect changes to their environment normally (excluding sensory emanations noted above): Doors opening, items disappearing (by being picked up by the recipient), etc. and will react accordingly, perhaps (if intelligent) taking actions as if there were an invisible opponent nearby. This is also the case if alerted by an ally that made their save.
Thus, while a recipient's footfalls cannot be heard by those affected, the squeal of a rusty hinge on a door opening will draw attention as will the sight of the door opening, apparently of it's own accord. Objects picked up by the recipient will "disappear" (these must be small enough to be carried). However, creatures of any kind will never be affected. e.g. Even those affected by the spell will see a wounded body dragging itself out of melee (and, depending on circumstances per the GM, may use free attacks against it for "fleeing melee"!).
