The caster causes a short but powerful earthquake in the the area of effect.
All terrain, vegetation, and structures in the area of effect are shaken by powerful seismic tremors.
All creatures in the area of effect are (treated as) stunned (no save) for 1 round (even those immune to stunning effects).
While most vegetation is not impacted, some 30% of trees (or similar vegetation) in the area will uproot and topple.
Additional effects on creatures are dependant upon terrain:
Falling trees do 2d6 to 6d6 damage and a Dexterity save vs. Petrify will halve the damage (or avoids damage for trees without thick branches). The GM will decide whether creatures are subject to falling trees.
Creatures trapped by falling rubble typically cannot escape by themselves if smaller than Large size. If trapped by snow, there is a 50% chance (d%; 01-50) of suffocation after 10 rounds.
