Shahktar Makiyivka had six points deducted and were then disqualified during  the 1998/99 season for not paying the licensing fee to the league in full.  Opponents were awarded victory in all remaining games against them. No goals  were added in the goal difference for either team, nor Makiyivka nor the  opposing team. The disqualification apparently occurred during the winter-break or some time thereafter.

Torpedo Zaporizhzhya folded after the first half of the 1999/2000 season and  thus withdrew from the competition. Their opponents were given a 3-point  technical win with no goals counted. Afterwards, the Football federation of Ukraine  allowed the reorganized team to play in Second League (3rd level) during 2000/2001,  which they didn't do however.

 Polissja Zhytomyr had three points deducted during the 2001/02-season.  Polissja Zhytomyr became insolvant during the mid season winter break of the 2004/05-season  and the Ukrainian Federation awarded technical victories against them in the second  half of the season.  Karpaty Lviv had three deducted points for fixed game against Spartak Sumy during  the 2005/06-season.   FC Bershad had a total of 9 points deducted during the 2005/06-season for non- compliance to leaguerules. The team withdrew altogether in May 2006.  Spartak Sumy withdrew for financial reasons during the 2006/07-season. Their  record at the time was: 19 1 0 18 4-49 3. Their records were expunged.  Podillia Khmelnitski had three points deducted for failure to pay certain  players and staff during the 2006/07-season.  Borysfen Boryspil had six points deducted for failure to settle debts to a  former player during the 2006/07-season. Failure to pay the season fee to the federation forced them to withdraw and all remaining opponents were awarded a technical victory vs. them.  Volyn Lutsk had three points deducted during the 2007/08-season for various infringements.  Naftovyk-Ukrnafta Ohtyrka  had three points deducted during the 2008/09-season  for various infringements.  Knjazha Shchaslyve withdrew during the 2008/09-season. Technical victories (but no goals) were awarded to teams drawn to play Knjazha after the winter  break.  Komunal'nyk Luhans'k withdrew during the 2008/09-season. The federation annulled all results.  Zirka Kirovohrad had three points deducted during the 2009/10-season for non-payment of contracted players.  Nyva Ternopil had three points deducted during the 2009/10-season for non-payment of licensefee.  Mykolaiv had three points deducted during the 2012/13-season.  Ternopil and Nyva Ternopil each ahd three points deducted during the 2015/16-season.  FK Poltava had three points deducted during 2016/17-season.  Zhemchuzhyna Odesa withdrew with three rounds remaining. The remaining games was set as losses but with no goals conceded.  2018/19: Volyn Lutsk had six points deducted.  2018/19: Kobra withdrew and had all games stricken.
