The table has been composed from various reliable sources by Clas Glenning.  Table completely overhauled and corrected in March 2019. Thanks to Claudio Nicoletti.

Notes:

NK Celje prev. Publikum Celje.

Krka Novo Mesto prev. NK Novo Mesto.

1994/95: NK Kocevje had one point deducted.

2002/03: NK Ljubljana had three points deducted.

2002/03: Korotan Prevalje only played 11 matches - these are counted in the table as they were counted officially - and was thrown out from the league following two

no-shows. They had the remaining games set to 0-3 against them and had seven points deducted.

2009/10: Olimpija Ljubljana (new) had two points deducted.

NOTE THAT I HAVE DISREGARDED THE VARIOUS SPONSOR NAMES THAT WAS A VERY COMMON OCCURRENCE IN SLOVENIA.
