1973-89 doubled as qualifying for the WC. 1973-85: 2nd round and onwards, when applicable, counted as finals. 1989: 3rd round counted as final. All results for teams not yet qualified, these are Jamaica and Haiti (qualified for further playoff through the Caribbean Cup 1998), are counted, except for Brazil U20 that participated in the Copa Caribe 1999 with no chance of qualifying for the Gold Cup. 2002: The final of the Caribbean qualifying not counted as the teams were already qualified by then. 2005-15: Semifinals and onwards in the Centralamerican qualifying not counted as the teams were already qualified by then. 2007: British Virgin Islands withdrew without playing a match. They had their games they should have played set to 0-3 against them. However, this is not counted here. 2007-15: Semifinals and onwards in the Caribbean qualifying not counted as the teams were already qualified by then.
