Other notes

1997/98: One game between Sumqayit and Qarabag Barda was declared a defeat for both teams but with 0-0 in goals.

1999/2000: Three games were declared 0-3 defeats for both teams.

2001/02: 2nd part of the championship was unsanctioned by the Azeri Federation but is counted here as all teams from the 1st round participated in it.

Except two, which withdrew for other reasons than the conflict between the clubs and the federation.

2001/02: Qarabagh Agdam Baki vs Safa in the championship was declared 0-3 defeats for both teams.

2002/03: No championship was played due to the conflict between the clubs and the fedearation.

2011/12: Khazar Lankaran had six points deducted.

2019/20: The season was cut short because of the Covid-19 pandemic. The table at the halt was considered official.
