Notes

1997/98: Armaturka Usti nad Labem withdrew halfway through. All their matches were stricken.     

 2004/05: Bohemians Praha (the old club) withdrew halfway through because of financial difficulties. Their record was declared null and void. 

 2004/05: Viktoria Zizkov had 12 points deducted and FC Vitkovice had nine points deducted. Both deductions because of involvement in bribery scandals.

FC Fastav Zlin = Previously Svit Zlin, FK Zlin & Tescoma Zlin, respectively. SFC Opava = Previously Slezsky FC Opava, Ostroj Opava & Kaucuk Opava, respectively. 1. SK Prostejov = Merger of LeRK Brno & Zelezarny Prostejov done 1996. Prev. LeRK Prostejov. SC Xaverov Horni Pocernice = Merger of SK Chrudim & SC Horni Pocernice. FK AS Pardubice = Merger of AFK Lazne Bohdance & Slovan Pardubice done 2000. Dynamo Ceske Budejovice = Previously SK Ceske Budejovice. FC Sellier & Bellot Vlasim prev. Graffin Vlasim. FC Synot (Stare Mesto) = Previously FC Synot Stare Mesto. FC Hradec Kralove = Previously SK Hradec Kralove. FK Kolin prev. FK Mogul Kolin. FK Teplice prev. FK Frydrych Teplice. SK Kladno = Previously Terrex Kladno and Poldi Kladno, respectively. Spolana Neratovice was swallowed up by this club after the 2002/03-season. 1. FC Ceska Lipa = Previously 1. FC Brummer Ceska Lipa. FC Bohumin = Previously FC Dipol Bohumin. SK Haverov Praha = Later (not while at 2nd level though) SC Horni Pocernice. It was under the latter name they merged with SK Chrudim into the new club SC  Xaverov Horni Pocernice. Clarification: Dukla Praha (the old club; or FC Dukla to be precise; see 1st level) later became Marila Pribram. But this have nothing to do with FC Pribram. The latter was  swallowed up by Dukla before Duklas namechange to Marila (and move to Pribram). After all this Dukla Praha have risen again while Marila (now 1. FK) Pribram is still in  existence. Bohemians 1905 Praha = Previously Bohemians Praha (the old club). Bohemians Praha (the new club) = Previously Strizkov (not while in 2nd level though). 1. FC Slovacko = Previously Slovacka Slavia Uherske Hradiste. Zbrojovka Brno - prev. 1. FC Brno. Note: That this teams reserve team have never played at 2nd level with the name Zbrojovka, only 1. FC Brno. MAS Taborsko - prev. Spartak Sezimovi Usti. FK Varnsdorf - prev. Slovan Varnsdorf
