This document lists all CAF clubs that have participated in the following CAF tournaments: Champions league 1964-2023, Confederations Cup 2004-23, Super Cup 1992-2022 and the FIFA World Club Cup 2000, 2005-22 (not played 2021)

Discontinued: Cupwinnerscup 1975-2003, CAF-Cup 1992-2003; . The totals are written with the club with the most points altogether for each country written first. Notes are to be found at the end of the document.

Zanzibar are politically a part of Tanzania, and teams from Zanzibar have represented Tanzania in the African cups from time to time, but are considered an independent entity in African footballing terms.
