FK EKIBASTUZETS – Also known as Batyr (not to be confused with other Ekibastuz club also called Batyr). Dissolved or swallowed by Energetik Pavlodar in 2008. No relegation, no promotion. West table on wikipedia is wrong.  Lokomotiv Uralsk record is 14 9 3 2 30-22 (not 14 6 3 5 20-22). Aktau 2 goal difference is 13-18. South table is wrong. Phosphorit Shanatas record is 3 0 8, not 3 1 7. 1993 – Again three divisions (Center, West and South). Top two teams form each division and clubs Yor N1 Almaty and Sovhoz Tomarovskogo enter play off  (I don't know where from last two clubs came from and why did they enter the play offs). 1994 – Unified second level. Ten clubs four times each against other. Table on Wikipedia is wrong, Qaisar Qysylodra record is 36 6 6 25 21-67 while Shalin  Shimkents record is 36 5 6 26 18-81. 1995 – back to three divisions West, East and Center. Top two teams from each division enter play off. 1996 – Not held 1997 – Three divisions and playoff. 1998 – This time we have six second division clubs. In first stage four clubs play one round robin. Three top teams then enter second phase with Lokomotiv and  Munaishy. 1999 – two divisions with four teams. Top teams enter play off. 2000 – West division with five teams and East division with only two. Three form west and one from east to play off. 2001. A and B group with four teams each. After group stage eight more decisive matches. 2002 – One division, seven teams, 24 rounds. 2003 – Divisions Southwest and Northeast. Winners promoted to top level, second place teams play against 14h and 15th for promotion (and both failed). 2004 – Divisions Southwest and Northeast. Two winners play against each other. Winner plays against 15th top level team (and fails) for promotion.   Game Arys – Akzhayik was declared 0-3 loss to both teams (So we have two more losses and -6 total goal difference) 2005 – 2006 Divisions southwest and northeast. Winners promoted. 2007 – Divisions southwest and northeast. Two top teams from each division enter play off for promotion. 2008 – One division. Two top teams promoted 2009 – One division. Top team promoted, second enters playoff with second-bottom premier league club. 2010 –2012 One division, top two teams promoted. 2013 – One division. Top team promoted. Second placed enters playoff with second bottom from premier league. This season marked introduction of professional third level.  So, two bottom teams are relegated while third-bottom enters playoff with second best from third level. 2014 – One division. Top team promoted, second to playoff, bottom team relegated. 2015 – One division. Top team promoted, second to playoff. No relegation, none from third level got licence. 2016 – One division. Two stages – first stage 18 rounds. After that top six teams play another ten rounds. Top team promoted, second to playoff. Bottom four clubs  after first stage play to avoid relegation. However, no relegation because no third level club got licence. 2017 – One division.Two top teams promoted. No relegation because no third level club got licence. Table on german wikipedia is wrong – third club was Mahtaaral Atakent while fourth club was Kairat B (not present int he table). 2018 – 2019 One division. Two top teams play for promotion, third one to playoff.
