The table is based on tables found at RSSSF and Wikipedia. You are free to copy this document in a non-commercial capacity, but please state the  source, i.e. Clas Glenning. The table was completely overhauled and corrected in June 2019.

Notes

1995 and 96: Only 2nd stage final for the first six teams (eight in 1996) table found. This means that the number of wins and  losses does not add up(at all) and that the goals against are heavily outnumbered by the goals scored.   Asudalyk Ashgabat prev. Galkan. Lebap  prev. Garagum, Bagtyyarlyk Turkmenabat, Jeykhun and Exkvatorschik-Lepad Chardzou, respectively.  Nebitchi Balkanabat prev. FC Balkan (not the same as Balkan!). Balkan Balkanabat prev. Arlan Nebit-Dag and Shazaada Nebit-Dag, respectively. Balkan Balkanabat and the team which were 2010-17 called FC Balkan Balkanabat (Nebitchi) played both of them in the 1993 1st level for example.  Byuzmeyin prev. Sport Byuzmeyin. Khazar Turkmenbashi prev. Khazar Krasnovodsk. Turan Dashoguz prev. FK Dashoguz and Zarya-MALS Tashauz, respectively. Yedigen prev.
