A professional 2nd level was first formed in 1942 in Uruguay. Tables for the non-professional era (1915-41) has not been found.

Merger of Villa Teresa, Salus & Huracán (P/A). Later dissolved.

Platense

Platense and Wanderers were supposed to merge, but that did not happen. However, Platense played as Platense Wanderers during the 1995 season. But, as Wanderers, themselves, played at 1st level the same season, I consider Platense Wanderers to be a namechange and not a merger.
