ARGENTINA 2nd level alltimetable 1928-2023

A joint 2nd level was formed in 1927. Before that the 2nd level was divided into two federations and/or the info is very sketchy. Also, most of those seasons there was no promotion to 1st level. 2nd level is only counted when it has had stipulated promotion to 1st level and where (of course) tables have been found. 1927 and 1931-34 (no promotion and no tables found); 1935 and 1936: no promotion. Only 1st teams have been counted as the promotion was based only on games played between those and did not take into account the games vs. reserve teams. All playoffs are counted except ones stipulated before the season started and relegation/promotion playoffs between 2nd and 3rd level teams. The table has been assembled using material from RSSSF, Wikipedia and Soccerway. You are free to copy this document in non-commercial circumstances, but please state the source, i.e. Clas Glenning.
