NOTES:

Europa League playoffs are counted in the table. 1992/93: Mold Alexandra had three points deducted for breach of rule. 1999/2000: Inter Cardiff had one point deducted for not fulfilling a fixture. 1999/2000: Conwy United had three poins deducted for not fulfilling a fixture. 2004/05: Afan Lido deducted three points for fielding a suspended player.  2006/07: Porthmadog had three points deducted 2008/09: Caernarfon deducted three points for fielding an ineligible player. 2011/12: Aberystwyh Town had one point deducted and Newtown had three. 2019/20: The season was cut short because of the Covid-19 pandemic. The standings at the halt was declared final.   2021/22: Connah's Quay Nomads had 18 points deducted. The New Saints (TNS) prev. Total Network Solutions and Llansantffraid FC, respectively.  Port Talbot Town prev. Port Talbot Athletic.  Oswestry Town ceased to be in 2003 as they were merged into Total Network Solutions.  Airbus UK Broughton prev. Airbus UK.  UWIC Inter Cardiff = merger of UWIC and Inter Cardiff.
