NOTES:

1994: Erzu Gorzny were disqualified by the Russian FA because of the unstable situation in Chechnya. However, the games they played were counted in the official table. 1998: Kamaz and Lada Togliatti each had six points deducted. 2000: Spartak-Chukotka Moskva withdrew after the first round of matches. If they had the remaining matches set to 0-3 is unknown but probable. Lokomotiv St. Petersburg  had six points deducted for non-payment of a transfer fee.    2002: Metallurg Krasnoyarsk had 24 points deducted for failing to pay transfer fees for four players (six points deducted for each player).            2002: Dinamo St Petersburg had 10 matches set to 0-3 for fielding ineligible players. 2005: Sokol Saratov had six points deducted for non-payment of a loan from AmKar Perm. 2006; FK Oryol had six points deducted for non-payment of transfer fee. 2007: Spartak-MZK Ryazan withdrew on July 23rd due to lack of funds. They had all their remaining matches set to 0-3 against them. 2008: Zvezda Irkutsk had 18 points deducted for nan-payment of transfer and loaning fees. The also withdrew from the last two games and had those set to 0-3 against them. 2009: MVD Rossii Moskva withdrew in December due to financial difficulties. The remaining 19 matches were set to 0-3 against them. 2011/12: Zhemchuzhina Sochi withdrew after the first round of matches. 2013/14: Salyut Belgoroad and Alania Vladikavkaz both withdrew in February 2014. The remaining games were set to 0-3 defeats. 2013/14: The table has two more losses than wins and -6 in overall goaldifference. This is because one of the games between Salyut and Alania was set to 0-3 for  both teams. 2018/19: FK Tyumen had six points deducted and Mordovia had three points deducted. 2019/20: Only 27 out of a stipulated 38 rounds were played because of the Covid-19 pandemic.  2020/21: Dinamo Bryansk had three points deducted.
