 Note: Bohemians 1905 (Praha) and Bohemians (Praha) are NOT the same team. They (Boh. 1905) first  trace their roots back to the old Bohemians (Praha), but bought their way back in 2006. The "other" Bohemians (Praha) were called Strizkov until 2005. Also, the present Dukla Praha (2013/14 1st level, for example) is NOT the same as the old Dukla Praha! The latter  is now called 1. FK Pribram (see namechanges chart below).

Slovan Liberec had six points deducted during the 2004/05-season for involvement  in the 2003/04-season bribery scandal. 1. FC Slovácko (Stare Mesto) had 12 points deducted during the 2004/05-season  for involvement in the 2003/04-season bribery scandal. Slezsky Opava had 6 points deducted during the 2004/05-season for involvement  in the 2003/04-season bribery scandal. Bohemians Praha (new!) had 20 points deducted for a no-show in round 24 vs. Bohemians 1905  during the 2009/10-season. Sigma (Olomouc) had nine points deducted during the 2011/12-season for corruption in 2009. 2019/20: The season was cut short in the relegation group. However, the standings were later decided to be official.
