The table is based on facts found at Wikipedia, RSSSF and Soccerway. You are free to copy this document in a non-commercial capacity, but please state the source, i.e. Clas Glenning. The table was completely overhauled and corrected in June 2020.
Notes: All championship, Libertadores & relegation playoffs were teams were level on points, and/or played in the 1st level during the regular season, in the deciding table are counted. By this criteria the Conmebol playoff 1996 – for example - between Cobresal and Cobreloa is not counted as the former were a 2nd level team at the time. Deportes Temuco (prev. Green Cross-Temuco) = merger of Green Cross and Deportivo Temuco done 1965. Santiago Morning = merger of Santiago FC and Morning Star done after the 1935-season. Deportes Iquique prev. Municipal Iquique. Ferrobádminton = merger of Ferroviarios and Badminton done after 1949-season. Was later dissolved. Santiago National Juventus = merger of Santiago National and Juventus done after the 1939- season. Dissolved in 1941. Deportes Antofagasta = prev. Antofagasta Portuario & Regional Antofagasta, respectively. San Marcos de Arica = prev. Deportes Arica.
