makes 1 quart
2 eggs
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1 3/4 cup organic skim milk
2 cups organic half and half
2 teaspoons vanilla
caviar scraped from a 2" vanilla bean segment
1. Beat together the eggs and sugar until thickened, about 5 minutes.
2. Stir in the milk, half and half, and vanilla. Then stir in the vanilla bean caviar.
3. Chill in the fridge for at least 20 minutes. Then add to your ice cream maker (I have a Donvier) and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions. Serve immediately. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
