makes one small pizza
1 whole wheat flatbread round
3 tablespoons organic tomato sauce
1/4 cup shredded Italian cheese blend
sauteed sliced baby portobello mushrooms
caramelized onions
cubed butternut squash
olive oil
baby spinach/spring greens mix
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
2. Spread the tomato sauce on the flatbread round.
3. Add on the shredded cheese.
4. Next, add on your favorite toppings. (I used sauteed sliced baby portobello mushrooms, caramelized onions, and butternut squash.)
5. Drizzle with olive oil.
6. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes; top with a few greens.
