Declined & Deferred

Declined/Deferred drop down in the Recommended Services section of the profile screen, can be used with or without booking an appointment. With a customer on the phone a user can mark a Recommended Service as Declined, Deferred, Accepted, Removed, InPackage and Recommendations, and when searching the customer again DealerMine will save and display those selection until the selection is changed or an appointment is book on that service.

When using the Declined/Deferred options without booking an appointment the user would simply make a selection that matches the customer's request and fill in the requested information if required. The only Declined/Deferred options that will display in the Refusal indicator on the customer’s profile and in the Followup tab > Refusals tab are: Declined, Deferred and Recommendations.

Using the Declined/Deferred drop down in Recommended Service when booking an appointment. When a Recommended Service has been marked as Declined, Deferred or Recommendations they will display in the Deferred Services popup when clicking on the Refusals a indication on the customer's profile and on the Refusals tab in the Followup tab. A user can book one or all of the Deferred Services in the popup, by clicking on the check box by the users name. Once this box is checked the Book Appt button will display and the user can click it to open the Book Appt form where the Deferred Service that were checked will display and the appointment can be booked. Once the service has been booked it will display as "Accepted" in the Recommended Service section of the customer's profile screen.
