MMC codes for Quorum and Reynolds

DealerMine is able to pull the Toyota Merchant Opcodes from Reynolds and Quorum DMS. When a user books an appointment in DealerMine the default MMC codes will display.

To use this feature please contact our Support dept to turn this on.

Users can view the Vehicle MMC code by clicking on the Vehicle Look up icon next to the vin on the customer's Profile.

Quorum

Quorum - MMC codes are linked to opcodes, so when booking and adding a line the MMC code will display in the top right corner, so when searching by opcode or opcode desc DealerMine will only present the opcodes that are linked to that MMC code. DealerMine will also display opcodes that are not linked to any MMC code as well.

To use the default MMC code, our Support team would need to check the box for "Default to Vehicle MMC" found in Global config > Branch tab > Book Appointment section. By default this option is on.

Reynolds

Reynolds - MMC codes are part of the opcodes, so when booking an appointment in DealerMine, the Default MMC code will display however when searching by opcode or opcode desc DealerMine will only present the opcodes that have the MMC code withing the opcode.
